I have a startup accoty.com where I provide the service of building and maintaining ODCs in India. My primary source to get leads is Linkedin but I feel LinkedIn is not enough to get sales. What more can I do to achieve the sales targets?

What price-point is your product or service?

@daniel_legut That totally depends on the skillset needed. For example, if you need a person who should be 10 yr experienced, the price will be higher in comparison with a fresher.
Improve your loading speeds as it’s slow, nobody waits anymore.
Do your keyword research.
Learn how SEO works and increase your content as content is king but you have just over 100 words.
Tune your page into focus with Google and gain authority and credibility

@gaurav_verma10 There are books, websites you can read into, watch videos on "how SEO works". This is what I did 20 years ago, I kept reading & reading, writing down the strongest signals for my former profession as a business owner in a Cables & Insulation sector.
Practice on your homepage but wait a couple of months so Google can do all the testing on your page to see if it is viable to sit on the first page. Don’t keep going in & making adjustments every week because you’ll never rank, Google needs time to access.
Start well in your head continue on the page & finish well and you will succeed.
Hint; I’ve noticed that if you think like an SEO professional then yes all year long your "SEO will always be Slow", so "think" like a business owner & "yours will be a lot faster", quote.
If you employ someone who’ll take your money, they might NOT move the needle with Google, plus you have to think they are still experimenting on your page.
Don’t look for “SEO Expert" because these people are NOT.
Remember SEO is your content-image tuner, a bit like your Television, from time to time it needs retuning just like your website.
SEO helps customers find you.
On loading speeds, Google [Pagespeed] actually wants you to pass, look at their dropdowns as they are showing what and where to focus on.

Hello Gaurav! I’d be thinking about who is your customer and where do they spend their time online. Are they PH users? What are communities they are engaging with

@nadenade There are two types of companies in my target market. 1) Tech companies. 2) Non-tech companies.
For the tech companies, I am targeting the ones which are struggling with a tech talent shortage. As India has a huge tech talent population.
For the Non-tech companies, as IT is something they do not deal in, I'm trying to get their entire IT department. They won't mind having their IT in a different country as this is not their core business activity.
For the PH, I've not used it for this purpose. Whenever I try to search for communities I end up with the ones which are dead.
What else should I do?
@gaurav_verma10 I’d be adding to your customers (personas) more detailed data. There was a launch here recently and the product launched connects startups who got funding with developers. So startups may scale more quickly
@gaurav_verma10 oh no! Just sharing my experience. Once I understand exactly who my customers are I got ideas where to find them. Not tested yet ;)

Research where your target clients mostly are. Try directing this post to wizly.app - experts there might give you great advices for this. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn too!
Do you do cold emails? We aquire our clients almost solely on cold emails and Linkedin.
@gaurav_verma10 The short answer is: Emphasize them and make it relevant.
For your target - companies who are struggling with a tech talent shortage, have you tried to scrape job boards and job ads on Linkedin and build a campaign around that? Those companies clearly have the need.
The biggest mistake many make is that they don't create a foundation for their campaigns and that they make the email all about themselves. They have a very big list of all kinds of people and then they send like "Hey, my name is X, I do Y, we helped Z, interested?", with no relevance.
What works for us is to first have a targeted list so we know who we talk to. I then divide my target list into 3 like this:
- A small amount of key targets where I custom make my outreach
- Several medium batches of 50-100 prospects where I personalize each batch
- A bigger batch where I personalize it more lightly just addressing the niche
Then to really stand out and make a human connection I use personalized videos at scale with my prospect’s either website or Linkedin profile in the background. In your case, their job ad in the background could be a good idea. When the receiver sees themselves in the background of my video I know I will provoke their curiosity and make them want to speak more with me. I wrote an article where I break down my email template and video script, why it worked for us and a step-by-step to do it yourself. If you are interested you can find it here:

@magdalena_tran1 I've tried cold emails but they never worked for me. Currently, working on LinkedIn still not working for me. Maybe my copy is not that effective.
What should I emphasize in my copy?

@magdalena_tran1 This is gold. Thank you for sharing it.
