How to get more ratings and reviews on iOS apps?

I have an app on the App Store(https://apps.apple.com/us/app/meducator-medical-ai/id1659157660) and am wondering how people go about getting more ratings and reviews? I have tried posting on social media and tried getting people I know to help but with limited success.
