How to find jobs here at product hunt?

I am new to product hunting and am amazed by the many exciting product launches every day and week. As a full stack developer myself with 2 YoE, I am looking to join a small team to contribute to their journey of building amazing products. I want to know how can I find jobs here since most of the products don't have a careers page. Which kind of launches should I approach? The one with the most upvotes or the one with the least upvotes? May someone give me some advice here?
