How to effectively manage Projects?

Most use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday) alongside collaboration platforms like Slack, email, and Teams.
This scattering of information leads to misunderstandings and delayed project deliveries.
How can we improve this situation?

Managing projects without a clear system is like trying to play chess blindfolded - entertaining, but mostly chaotic. Simplify by centralizing tools and communication to avoid more plot twists than a Netflix thriller!

@thestarkster 😆 Exactly, I know many organizations suffer from this issue
I suppose there must be a set of rules to integrate both types of tools. For example, you must attach an email or a chat quote to a task to move it to the next stage.
There must be a clear role model where everyone knows what actions are demanded from him in any task stage.
And of course there must be follow-ups after every meeting, and the one to do it must be assigned right in the beginning of a meeting.
