In my experience then asking GPT4 to write out a StoryBrand framework is a great way to start. And then from there, it's easy to write the content.

Look at what is trending and see how it can be adapted to your niche. Look at competitors and see what they are posting. Brainstorm how you can take your own spin on it.

Social media posts? First, know your audience. What do they care about? Info? Humor? Next, list down themes that align with your brand.

It's a lot of massaging to get the right post out of it but it's def a good spot to start brainstorming. Some of the most successful accounts I follow tend to focus on responding to posts vs. sending tweets/content into the void.
