Managing time effectively between work and hobbies (family), especially during weekends, is crucial for the success of a project, especially when the team is small. How do you handle this challenge?

It is truly hard, because you always need to prioritize something over something for sure. But yes, this is our life and we cannot do anything about it for sure. If you take i can balance between life and work and thus make completion of both. In work i am highly succesful because of my skills, and in my hobyy i also kinda succesful because...well because of skills. My primary hobby is to make some scripts to Roblox games and implement them. Recentky i have discovered such thing as synapse x download and that i can help me with everything. So i guess i will have more success in future

Try to spend your time productively and you will have a lot of free time.
Finding that balance is a grind.
Perhaps the most important thing is not to take on too many tasks, and then there will be no problems. When a person starts to take on a lot of things, it can lead to negative consequences. I have my own business, and I clearly distribute what I do myself, and when I hire professionals. For example, not so long ago decided to do promotion of their site, eventually found the best professionals https://www.axisway.co.uk, which I was able for a very short period of time to increase the attendance of the site, respectively, and clients for a lot more became. And if I started to figure out on my own, then only lost time, and not the fact that the result would be at least some would be

I've learned to allocate distinct time blocks for work and hobbies, ensuring that each gets its rightful share of attention. This deliberate approach prevents the blurring of lines.
@akanksha_hunts What about urgent and unexpected things? How do you solve if unexpected things happen and this thing requires more time which you should take from your hobbies time?
A hobby should become a job!

@konartis56 That's a good statement though there are millions of people who struggle to find a well-paid job that will reflect their hobbies and interests. So in some cases, it is not a solution, but a depressing phrase. So I think that at least finding a balance between a job and personal life, in general, is already a good goal to achieve.
Great words @eugeniya_zabolotnaya. Thanks! I agree that should be the balance, but it's really hard to find the correct :)
The best option is making your hobby a job, but it's a utopia for most of us. I tend to give hobby a bit less time so I never lose my interest in it. Work will always be there, it's always a field of challenges and tasks that I enjoy taking and solving. I resort to my hobby for a change of action, for something, that my work cannot give me. It's like with breaks, so you can catch your breath. This way you don't go full throttle into a wall at work and won't be fed up with your hobby.
