How to accelerate iOS App Growth with limited budget?

Hey PHer, I’ve developed an iOS app that beautifies your text content and adjusts it to fit different platform ratios. I've already hit over 3k users, but my growth has stalled. It seems like if I don’t actively promote it, the numbers just don’t climb much further. Right now, I'm only gaining about 20 new users a day, but I'm hoping for a tenfold increase. I've tried optimizing my ASO which definitely improved my keyword coverage and gave me a slight boost in visibility, but it hasn’t translated into more downloads. What should I do next for growth? Some friends have suggested working with influencers, but I don’t have the budget for big campaigns. Any advice on how to boost growth with limited resources?
