  • How much time do you work on your phone?

My phone is an essential tool with my email, contacts, and to dos; while my computer is for more hardcore work applications. Most days I go to sleep, while still replying to emails on the phone... This can't be good for my health.

5 minutes / week, max. I cannot stand to do it because my eyeballs crave (if eyeballs can hunger) more screen space. It's as if my thought size must match the screen size, so there's a jailbreak always being planned. All that is to say I use my phone (Slack) as an alert to go see what's up, from my computer.

Mobile phones have become an addiction nowadays. Whether it is work we do or just scrolling through a social media app, we have become so obsessed that we cannot take them away from our lives. And yes, it is impacting adversely on our health.

Just a bit. I'm more comfortable working in my desktop since I know it's for work, not for leisure.

I usually work on a desktop, and just read emails or texts on the mobile phone.

Around 2 to 3 hours. I reply to emails, write and make quick adjustments to the documents, add tasks to my to-do list or notion, etc.
I tend to just work on my laptop. I get work emails on my phone but I mute the notifications when it's past 7 pm.

Rarely. Only when I procrastinate on schoolwork.

Close to zero. We use one productivity workspace for chat, task boards and calendar, so there is no need to switch between different tools. It's available on the phone as well, however we just don't have that culture to work beyond our working hours.
