I have a record on this, cause was always chasing huge consulting companies when I graduated back in 2016! 😅 What's your experience?

Kind of a similar experience, rejection is not bad because we learn from the experience and it shapes our future decisions.

I haven't been rejected by employers because, well, I haven't given them the chance to experience the unique joy of working with me... yet! 😄

About 100 resumes I sent, about 20 interviews and only 2 offers - this is the result of my first job search in IT

There were quite a lot of companies, and I understand why they refused for fear of hiring an employee without experience to work for the company. But now times are different and companies themselves provide you with experience.

I remember when I started applying for the first time in my first year of uni. It was a super scarry experience. 😅😄 Got a lot of rejections, now that I do what I like doing, it all feels worth it! 😊🙌

Landed my first job pretty easily. After quitting and while searching for a new one, I've been rejected numerous times, but nothing out of ordinary.

Actually none. I was to two interviews before landing my first job, where I was offered the job both times. However I turned them both down, because I was reached out to by another company via a Swedish programming forum, that seemed to be a much better fit for me.
