How many random followers you get on PH every week?

Seeing a trend recently where people are using follow / unfollow method on PH to increase their follower count. How many followers do you get? Do you follow back if you are not engaging with them? Is following a ton of people before/during/after the launch better? Do you have success stories to share that helped gain a lot of visibility for your product?
