I was a solo founder but hit limitations and knew I needed a cofounder. So I’m CEO/Marketing/ops and he is CTO. That way we complement each other and focus in our lanes

Our startup consists of two founders. I am responsible for marketing and sales.  And my co-founder is a technical guy. Each of us has one assistant.
