I used to sleep 8-9 hours per night. Now 5-7 hours. And I'm not happy with this.

Same as @curatedforfounders. I go to bed around 10pm, read a book. Wake up around 6-7.

During the week, 5-6. On the weekends, usually 7 or 8.

Depends, but normally 6-7 hours more than enough

I also sleep only 5-7 hours. I believe that our body takes the sleep that it needs

I never really slept more than 7 hours per night. Now I have a startup and a 4 month old Baby it is significantly worse.

I need 9 hours+ each night to feel good. But that's not always possible.

7-12, whenever. Sometimes I wake up at night and can't sleep for 2-4 hours.

I usually hit bed at 2 AM and wake up by 8.30 AM. I wish I could sleep just for an extra 5 minutes.

I'm still going in for solid 6. Less sleep makes me cranky and that is not good for anyone!

Honestly about 5 hours a night is my regular. Sometimes I get 6 and sometimes its only 4.

I recently started sleeping between 7-8 hours and I've been very happy on how I'm feeling. Before I would sleep less and even though I had more time to work peacefully during the night, I felt that it was lacking some discipline to organize myself and take the best out of the time. The fact that now I sleep more, forced me to adapt and focus on more reasonable goals.
