    Hi, How long did it cost to get your first paid customer after you public launch your product? Any good experience to share?

    we started development last year in September, and were basically building in public offering all the premium perks for free and when we rolled out memberships in march we had our first handful of subscribers that month. we're up to like 36 paid subscribers right now
