I don't think Startup founders should take vacations. Firstly they should build up a little bit and then they take a vacation so that their mind would be tension free and relaxed. Not worrying about how, what and where I do this and that.

It depends on the founder, some people need extended weeks of vacation, while others prefer a few hours per week of vacation. I believe it's important to have some rest time and know what suits you best.

I'd like to take day/s off than a whole vacation. But burnout is a very real thing which can lead to resentment towards what you're working on if you don't take some time off to focus on other things - even if that other thing means sleeping for a whole day.
