Design is absolutely crucial for any brand, sitting firmly at a 10 for me. It's not just about how things look but how they work. While visual design captures attention, UX holds it. If a user struggles to navigate or engage with a brand, even the most stunning visuals won't keep them around. In my experience, blending aesthetics with intuitive functionality is key. Each supports and enhances the other, creating an enjoyable experience for the user. So, it's a 50/50 split between design and UX—both are non-negotiables in building a successful brand that resonates and retains.

Like really important! I don't think I would have been able to achieve this much if my design sucked 😂

Design is the unsung hero of your brand, sitting at a solid 10 out of 10. It's the first impression that speaks volumes before words even come into play. Neglect it, and you might as well be sending your brand into the wild wearing mismatched socks.

If we talk about brand logo: 6/10. Not a deal breaker as long as its above average. If I'm considering what's going to be the most used feature of my product then 9/10.
