I go outside for a run about 3 times a day.

I workout by running away from my responsibilities... and occasionally lifting weights to remind myself I can still pick things up! How about you? Are you more of a fitness guru or a professional couch potato like me?
I go to the gym when I can, but most important, every Sunday I go hiking
