How do you use technology (e.g. task managers) to manage your time and increase productivity?

The only habit that has stuck for me is using two tags in Gmail: #action and #waiting. It's a mix of Getting Things Done and Inbox Zero. Go through all your mail, respond/read the fast stuff, and then move things into action that will take some time and need to be done. If I respond to something and expect/need a reply, then I tag those as waiting.

@aamir @ivan_arozamena_balbin1 I believe using more tools is just like losing more time doing 'Alt + Tab'. I think one solution for everything related to work would be very ideal!

This may not fit what most people are looking for with this question, but I've been more productive lately since trying to eliminate task managers more, and instead focus on one big thing per day. If I can get my most important task of the day completed, it's overall a win for me.
