How Do You Use Social Media?

I'm curious how you use your Instagrams, Facebooks, TikToks, and so on. Do you strictly separate your profiles from "personal" and "professional"? Do you have separate accounts for professional networking and close friends/family? Is Facebook only for friends/family whilst Instagram is for anyone you connect with?
