    I go the pretty basic route and use Apple's Health app. I have an Apple Watch so tracking my steps and how much sleep I get always helps me understand what I need in my day to day. I also have reminders set to 'drink water' and to 'stand up' after ive been sitting for a long period of time.

Even basic routine, it is a great thing to have daily, as I stopped doing my morning stretching classes and felt the back pain, so what is basic and plain will always benefit :) Also, for health tracking I am regularly use Carrot Care app. It is user friendly and acts as your personal assistant that might help tracking lifestyle habits (sleep, nutrition, mood, environment), and adding your biomarkers from lab tests. So it is a comprehensive data storage and health assistant in one place :)
