How do you track user engagement?

We at Eztrackr were initially using Google Analytics, but the UI looks so old when compared to our current tool - PostHog. Everything is tracked - every event, error, etc. It's been incredibly helpful to us in understanding pain points, especially when events like "RageClick" are captured.
