For me, having a morning routine is key. I spend a couple of hours each morning meditating and practicing yoga. I don't check my phone under much later. This helps me start my day from a clear and focused place.
I find that no matter how "slow" my day starts, my practice always gets me to a good place.

I use the time to connect with my team and get their feedback or brainstorm new ideas. It often leads to productive discussions.
When I feel I'm having a rough day I discipline myself to write down a list of things that I need to accomplish before the end of the day. Even if the results are not always there immediately I can still have a sense of accomplishment and be proud of the progress. All the best Lewis
I check in with my network and strengthen relationships. Networking often leads to new opportunities.
I find that listening to motivational podcasts or reading inspiring books can provide a much-needed boost on slow days.

I set small, achievable goals for the day. Completing these gives me a sense of accomplishment and keeps me going.
