    I know staying motivated can be a challenge, especially when you're working on a long-term project or trying to achieve a challenging goal. Personally, I try to stay motivated by setting clear goals. It helps me to stay focused and gives me a sense of progress as I work towards my other goals. Another thing that helps me stay motivated is taking regular breaks as it really helps me to recharge and avoid burnout, which can be a major motivation killer. What do you do to stay motivated, and do you have any tips or tricks to share? I'm always looking for new strategies to help me stay focused and productive, so I'd love to hear your thoughts!

    It's soooo tough to stay on track when you're working on your own project. 🤯 I've been in this business for more than a year. 👆 My recommendations: 1. Hire an employee or get a co-founder. 👨‍💻 2. Discussions with other startup founders. They understand your problems. 🥃 3. Meditations 4. Travel ⛵️ 5. From time to time give yourself a bit of rest

    building short feedback loops - typically by using trackers to remind myself of the progress that I have made already to build motivation to continue For habit building, I've also been using Habit levels - a series of options to embrace flexibility in what can be achieved each day so there's a sliding scale of Giving each of these habit levels a score, then gives me further motivation to try to beat the score each week!
