@blake_whittington not a secret but I write what went wrong in a paper, helps in cleansing my mind.

Exercise releases endorphins and helps relieve stress. Go for a walk, do some yoga, or engage in any form of exercise that you enjoy.
Engage in activities that help you relax and rejuvenate, such as taking a warm bath.

Take a nap, listen to music, watch a show. I’ll try to decompress as much as possible.

I'll make sure to get everything necessary done and then rest.
While resting I'll avoid media as much as I can.
Taking a walk in the woods is my go-to method!
The next day I try to evaluate what went wrong and will do my best to improve on it!
