Me and my team start off the week with a morning session every Monday. We gather and proactively define and review our upcoming tasks for the week and establish deadlines. We also prioritize them based on importance and urgency. By doing this, we ensure that everyone is well-informed about their assignments and can focus on executing them efficiently and on time.
