We're working on https://edenai.co regrouping all the best AI in one place as a simple API that can be integrated in few minutes to any automation task or any product needing an AI brick. We're trying to satisfy our users as much as possible. We're making it a priority. We've recently been integrated to make (integromat : https://www.make.com/en/integrations/edenai) and it's been a success. Now we have users requesting us an n8n integration (https://twitter.com/samy_melaine/status/1618646524560560130) and a tracardi one (https://twitter.com/samy_melaine/status/1618646524560560130) and an azure power automate one (etc). We also constantly get requests for adding new features and providers. I was wondering how you prioritize incoming requests while keeping your roadmap structured ?

Planning a roadmap and prioritizing project tasks with constant client requests can be challenging. To simplify these processes, follow the next steps: 1. Define your project goals. 2. Select a suitable PM tool (I vote for GanttPRO Gantt chart maker https://ganttpro.com/. 3. Break down the project into tasks and visualize it on an online timeline. 4. Identify task dependencies (GanttPRO allows doing it with ease). 5. Estimate the time required for each task. 6. Prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency. 7. Assign tasks to team members. 8. Set milestones. 9. Review and adjust everything.

I streamline my roadmap by carefully considering user requests, evaluating their impact on product growth and customer satisfaction, prioritizing tasks based on strategic importance and feasibility, and continuously refining the plan through regular feedback and agile methodologies.
