How do you own your schedule?

I have crazy busy schedule and generally I try to keep empty for everyday, but it keeps filling up last minute and I don't have any breaks.

@alara_akcasiz Before the work day starts in the morning or the night before, schedule your breaks/personal time, and you don't miss them at all costs. I can be breathing, a small walk, stretching, eating a snack, reading, or anything you like in your life. Physical and mental health is more important than anything. :)

You can try many things, but ultimately schedule is going to own you. :)
Alara, hey! Try to add some regular empty calendar events, when you do nothing or do something like yoga, walking, or feeding pigeons π
