How do you manage your screenshots? (please HELP)

I take a lot of screenshots these days. It's more convenient than typing a memo or grabbing a URL. Especially on phone. What do you think? Do you like using screenshots? If you do, how do you manage your screenshots? Do you use a tool to organize them? I'm currently using Notion, but not really happy. I've tried other tools for the purpose and they include Google Docs, Evernote, Slack. So if you have tips or tool recommendations, please help!
