    Is important to keep 5 min in the meeting to talk about off-topics and managers needs to push to have more 1-1 meetings or have fun with all employees

    The key is good communication and a clear definition of responsibilities and objectives. Employees need to feel that they are an important part of the company. This will enable them to complete their tasks with a greater commitment.

    @zendog Sometimes the fundamentals are really simple but people struggle while executing them! In one of my previous organizations we used to do something called as "Appreciation notes" everyday. From everyone to everyone!
