Early stage products changes go fast, UIs are constantly updated and features constantly changed or added. How do you make sure that the tutorials and documentation of your product are kept up-to-date?

Keeping tutorials and documentation up-to-date in the face of rapidly evolving products and features requires a proactive and systematic approach. Here are some strategies to ensure that tutorials and documentation remain current:
Implement a CI/CD pipeline that automatically updates documentation whenever there are changes to the product codebase.
Maintain versioned documentation to support different iterations of the product.
Clearly label which version of the product each tutorial or documentation page corresponds to, allowing users to access information relevant to their version.
Write documentation using markdown or other text-based formats that can be version-controlled alongside the product's codebase.
This enables documentation to evolve in sync with product updates and simplifies collaboration among developers and technical writers.
Implement automated tests for documentation to detect broken links, outdated examples, or inconsistencies whenever changes are made to the product.
Encourage users to provide feedback on documentation and tutorials. Implement feedback forms or integrate feedback mechanisms directly within the documentation platform to capture user suggestions, questions, and corrections.
Establish a regular reviewing and updating documentation, involving relevant stakeholders such as product managers, developers, and technical writers.
