I'm curious about what strategies/tips this community might have about interacting as their brand on Social Media channels?
I'm just starting out my journey and keen to learn...

Facebook Page and Twitter Account, are good for professionals. If you are from the entertainment industry then Instagram should be on 1st place.

@ankitsharmaofficial Well we've decided to get started on Twitter as most streamers (our market) have a profile there. Was more wondering about how to go about being social if you know what i mean 😀

Hey Max, first of all BirdMojo looks interesting :)
Coming to the Social Media channels, here is what we have done
1. Shortlisted channels (feel free to add large communities in the list)
2. Created buckets of content - promotional, educational, inspirational
3. Started building 15-30 days calendar
4. Created high-quality content, and we try to be super consistent
These days, people don't easily interact with Brands. Hence, it's not an easy journey, but slowly one gets there!

We use a script and Twitters API to auto post messages from our Discord (specific channels, from specified users) to Twitter and Stocktwits. Will be looking to also do this on Instagram and Facebook as well- we're a stock/crypto trading app, so a lot of charts are posted in our Discord, will be perfect for twitter.
As for interacting with others and replying, I personally check daily to do all that.
I think the platform you focus on depends on what business you are in.
For us, Tiktok and IG are super important. We post consistently with scheduling tools and content calendars. The unfortunate reality is that the key to being successful on social ultimately boils down to consistency.
We also try to separate our content into a few different buckets. ( i.e Mondays we post a review, Tuesdays we post unboxing...etc.) This helps us come up with content without really having to think too much into it. We reevaluate these buckets every 14 days...try to find patterns in what's working and what's not working and then we make shifts.
I also try to reply to every comment, with a sense of humor and wittiness. This gives the brand a human touch and sense of authenticity as opposed to the corporate feeling consumers hate.
@maxwellcdavis If I can help, let me know! My Twitter is @nicomuoio
@nicomuoio Some great ideas thanks Nico! We're not really generating content yet, but I think when we do we'll try and get into a good rhythm like you have
Hi Max, when it brand social handles, it is best to be consistent with your post with a content calendar maintained for 2 weeks. Once you get that done with a clear set of objectives and content flow play around with hashtags or day trends or a keyword for the week. Let's say #TechTuesday.
Hope this will guide you better - https://www.youtube.com/c/Social...
@debi_barik Interesting - will check out the YT video too thanks 😀
Hi there Max! You firstly need to know where your audience is at. As it was already mentioned beforehand, it is of utmost importance to be as consistent as possible with posting. However, those posts should be of value to your audience. You want to build a relationship with them, keep them engaged, and informed. What I suggest is to have different type of posts that actually deliver value to your audience and stay consistent. This way, you'll slowly build your brand's status on social media platform(s) ;).
Hey, bro! Thanks for the AMA.

We separate Instagram and LinkedIn from Twitter. Twitter is where we're the most active. Instagram and LinkedIn is more professional, better looking. With Twitter we're really able to go full personal-mode, responding to tweets and whatever.
Always personal. Look at the best examples of social media management of business and in almost every case it's the personal touch.
@kristiansturt Seems to be the way to go
Keep it up!! Thanks
