Every person goes through a period when they work more than they are capable of. Therefore they have burnout that they need to get over. How do you do it?

Take a day to relax, that means I barely go on my phone, get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated and go for a nice walk

I like to disconnect for a bit and do mindful activities, such as meditating and going on walks, what do you like to do?
Time off to recharge & reset is critical. Engaging in the activities that "fill your cup" (could be time with family, lazing on the beach, yoga, running, reading, watching Netflix, catching up with friends - or simply sleeping!) will help you restore your energy and get ready for the next big push.

Professional burnout is inevitable. They keep coming back, but this makes you stronger, more successful, and more mature! The best cure for burnout is a healthy lifestyle and routine. Keep healthy by exercising and meditating.
