How do you handle working with people who annoy you?

a shot of vodka at the end of the day should do the magic... if not... then the baseball bat certainly does... lol im just kidding... talking to them always helps...

I see that people say avoid them but how? you're in a team and have to work together. I've experienced this before and I changed job :)
