@talkinideas I think start with timeblocking just the mornings + don't feel bad if you deviate from it because unexpected things do happen. I think the pros for timeblocking is you can see visually how much time is structured to your day so you can respond quickly when unexpected things happen

Time box + Putting anything I'm going to work on in our PM tool, setting priorities and put due dates for each task (small, medium and big ones) I've recently even started to write down tasks that are not related to my work so I can max out the productivity ✌️

When I choose a time limit, I consider several factors, including the task itself, and the time it will take to complete.
I also try to choose a limit that motivates me to accomplish as much as possible within that time frame to avoid wasting time.
Good afternoon I studied to become an IT specialist, namely the backend. And how surprised I was that, in order to get a job, I don’t have enough skills, and this is not the first time I’ve been pur chasing advanced training courses for example to learn something new and improve my skills for a bigger salary.

+1 million points for timeboxing. It took multiple attempts to get it to but the gains are immeasurable
Google calendar and a notebook. Nothing complex. I do use a notion page and a miroboard for the software projects doe
