@adrian_mohnacs My growth... hmm.. I think that on LI, PH or X I grow quite well β but I look at engagement. Not so much on follower count. I think that engagement matters more.

@itsawaisyounas I used Insta and that is about it. Obviously had a facebook when it first came out, but moved to insta shortly after it was purchased by FB.
IMO everyone should decrease their social use as their form of "management".

I use a combination of scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to plan my posts in advance, and I regularly set aside time each week to engage with my audience directly. It's all about finding the right balance between automation for efficiency and personal touch for genuine connections.

To answer your questions I use an excel sheet to draft ideas usually from newsletters, I have my team write the final draft and schedule, I then have them engage for growth. I review all the work and give tweaks and feedback every few days

Use Buffer for my clients a lot.
For my own, I used Buffer too, but now I'm only focused on a few channels (LinkedIn and recently joined Product Hunt) so all manual. No scheduling.
