I just released an interview about this, but I'm still keen to learn more. https://benjaminboman.substack.com/p/first-onboarding-sequence-jane-portman For those who just implemented one, what was something that you would recommend others keep in mind?

Thank you for sharing! I will give it a listen. So far I have used SendInBlue for my onboarding flow and I would say it is decent but I am willing to switch to anything that is better

We're still working on this ourselves! Things we've learnt and need to integrate are: - guiding user to add value into your product asap -> Ryan Hoover's book goes through this in detail - relevant personalisation - as mentioned in your interview! - be aware of the timelines that people might take to come back to your product once setting up an account, we've seen varying timescales on this!

@madeleine_nichols Which book are you talking about? Hooked? Thank you!

@madeleine_nichols I hadn't heard of Ryan's book, but I'm adding it to my list now. Thank you!
