Having a group of people passionate about their field of expertise is the bedrock of driving innovation and creativity within a team. Someone who's not that invested in their daily work won't be eager to find out solutions
@geri_mate being passionate creates a drive

Fostering innovation and creativity within our startup team at ProApp has been a key priority right from the beginning. We encourage an open and collaborative culture where every team member's ideas are valued and appreciated. Regular brainstorming sessions and hackathons allow us to explore new concepts and push boundaries.
Moreover, we have dedicated channels for sharing inspiration and innovative trends in the edtech and design industry, which keeps everyone motivated and sparks new ideas. We also promote a healthy work-life balance, as we believe that taking time off to pursue personal interests can lead to fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.
Our team's passion for learning and growth plays a significant role too. We provide continuous learning opportunities, workshops, and access to resources to keep everyone updated on the latest industry advancements and design techniques.

@akshay_shyam risk taking is important as playing things safe doesn’t always bring the best result

All in my team are creative people, and every day they themselves offer something new. Very glad they are.
Sharing knowledge within the team is a great way to help with creativity. In terms of programming, one can present "why we should use technology X instead of Y". A lot of great discussions come from that and usually lead to some great solutions
@arthur_romanov definitely, this is very important as the whole team is informed about the best next steps
Open lines of communication and room for experimentation are essential. Regular sessions of brainstorming are also beneficial.
@a_coleman_99 clear communication is important and helps clear tension that might form
A failure-friendly culture. In a startup we all need space for experimentation. You try, you mess up, you learn, you innovate. It's all about iterating and improving, not about avoiding mistakes at all costs.
@nuntio_niklas learn and adapt 🙌🏻
