  • How do you feel about changing job constantly?

Some people prefer to have a so-called “stable" job. In this case, they usually work in the same company or institution, the same position (can be promoted to a higher one, but basically do the same job), and till their retirement. This is what sounds like a "really good job". However, from my observation, changing jobs is a commonplace among my friends and colleagues. We don't see this as "unstable", but instead as a new chance, and we are open to jobs in different fields. What about you? Let's discuss.

Changing jobs frequently can definitely provide unique opportunities and insights as you explore different fields early in your career. It's a great way to figure out what you enjoy and are passionate about. Just be mindful of how it looks on your resume if you change too often - you want to show you can also commit to a role for a reasonable amount of time. But especially early on, varied experiences are valuable for both skills and self-discovery!

For me, changing job is like having new opportunities, though I haven't graduated yet, I've tried several interns and each experience is unique and insightful. And all of those are of different fields, which allows me to try different things!
