    While I was developing an app, I was burned out from the many requests coming and the lack of understanding that coding takes time. What helped was them acknowledging my problem and then pausing the requests and asking for my feedback on how important a feature is and whether we should add it or not. Show them that they have a say, and that you value their feedback. More often than not, you will benefit from their insights

    @sara_0 totally understand your situation. I believe open communication, pushback on unreasonable demands. Also, stakeholders need to learn to recognize developers contributions. This can create a more healthy work environment.
