How do you educate your customers about your SaaS features and product capabilities?

As long as you have a good UI/UX you wont need much education. Since if they are using your SaaS they already know what they want to solve with it and most of the time they dont care about additional features that the SaaS has. You can improve onboarding (first impressions matter), add help nudges, a well structured help center, etc.

@meduard makes sense. Have you tried any interactive demo tools to help your saas customers understand your product. Like I recently came across https://layerpath.com/ - did you try any such tools any idea?
