I start thinking more about work starting Sunday afternoon again 😎 Excited to go to sleep to be able to continue business/product development next morning 😅 Always work mode

Taking 10-15 minutes to plan out my day really helps me ease into work mode after the weekend. I start with simple tasks to build momentum and pair it with a good cup of coffee—it’s like a little ritual to reset my brain. By the way, we're launching today. I start to plan my week on Sunday night, then I have consistent weekday morning routine for daily.

understanding that there is no end to your tasks and you just need to prioritize. Also having less meetings reduces stress

Launching soon!
I like to start with a quick review of my goals for the week. It’s my way of getting back into the mindset without diving straight into the deep end. hat and tackling the easiest task first, it gives me a little momentum to build on.

Haha I relate! Sunday scaries are real 😅 What helps me is planning out my week on Friday before logging off. I make a to-do list, prioritize tasks, and block off focus time on my calendar. Come Monday, I'm locked and loaded to dive back in 💪 Also, a good morning routine makes a huge difference - I meditate, journal, and get some movement to put myself in a productive headspace. The transition from weekend zen to weekday hustle is never easy, but a little prep goes a long way!

Always plan out my days/weeks ahead of time otherwise I can get lost in the overwhelming amount of daily interruptions. Time blocking is key.
