I decide the main tasks that are to be done for the day. All my energy is diverted towards completing those tasks in the best possible way. At times, I do not know where to divert my energy. But knowing where not to focus or spend you energy also helps and is a huge factor in staying away from mindless activities.

I check in with my goals and deadlines each morning. Deciding where to put my energy is easier when I see what’s most urgent and impactful

I use a combination of deadlines and importance to guide where I put my energy. Urgent tasks get done first, but I also make sure to work on things that align with my long-term goals.

I prioritize my tasks the night before, so I wake up knowing exactly where to focus. It helps me start my day with clarity and purpose.

I listen to my body and energy levels throughout the day. If I'm feeling creative, I'll work on something that requires more brainstorming. If I'm more focused, I'll handle detailed work.
