- Repetitive downtempo music.
- Noise-cancelling headphones.
- Calendar day blocked in a way so there's no distraction within 2 hour focus time.

@shakir_dzheyranov Cool. Listening to Chilled Cow Lofi now :)
@shakir_dzheyranov What type of down tempo music? Lofi or binaural?

@dailyfitnessai If it's ambient or binaural, because of lack of sounds, it gets distracting for me. So i'd pick more lo-fi. Chilled Cow YT channel maybe a good example.
@shakir_dzheyranov Thanks for sharing!
I've never tried repetitive downtempo music, so I will🎧
@shakir_dzheyranov Noise-cancelling headphones are a game changer.

I would suggest apps (including browser extensions) that monitor visits to non-work-related sites. This will help you avoid procrastinating and be more productive.
White noise, punk, or techno music at diabolical volume, I'm afraid I'm not very original. 😞

Sip something and put on headphones with known music.
I just naturally concentrate better when it actually REALLY matters 😂 like after procrastinating a bunch
Take a 15min nap and work again !
Turn off notifications and drink a cup of coffee.

Turn off all notifications and work only on one task at the time.
Take a breath and focus.
Hunted Space
First breaking down big goal into several small ones, so that the task doesn't feel overwhelming. And then working on a mindset, like if I don't do this now, it might turn into smth unpleasant in the future, or if I don't do it now, no one else will do it for me😁but apart from that, just being in a relaxed state, get some fresh air and calm music

Deep breath
1. Practice makes perfect. How often do we really practice deep work?
2. Priorize and turn off everything else that doesn't pertain to that particular task
3. Work in 90 minute sprints (with 15 minute breaks in between)
And lastly measure the effects of your efforts. The more you see your work paying off, the more likely you are to be motivated to keep focused.
Sometimes I go out of my comfortable room and go down to cafe. I often try to change my environment and put myself in public with some nice drink.
It's a bit difficult these days, but I try to go for a walk in a park and sit in peace. The green and the surrounding sounds are relaxing which is highly needed when I want to concentrate. My mind tends to drift to different matters when I want to concentrate on a specific task, so my first method is to calm it down. If I can't do that, I listen to lo-fi or any relaxing music.
Music helps me a lot and tasks written on paper.

Noise-cancelling headphones with some good music on... music that plays in the background though, not the kind you just need to pay attention to!
Recently discovered Pomodoro timer. Good work and concentration begin with planning a productive break!
I usually just visualize the consequences of not finishing the task on time. If I see that I can mess things up big time, I start working super fast and effectively
