I think that time management is a key. When you use different tools like calendars or apps, you can see how much time you usually spend on personal time and social events. In this case, you understand what you need to devote more time to, and where you can slow down. In fact, balance is a very individual thing. Everyone must decide which events should be more in their life and which less, or will it be 50 to 50. And after that, make sure that this comfortable ratio for you does not change.
