I often find myself driven by various challenges. When deadlines are tight and work pressure is high, do you have any good suggestions for maintaining a healthy work-life balance?

Wake up as early as you can and feel confortable and leave 1,2 hours early than usual. Works for me. Morning time is 2x productive for me. No chats, no calls, no distractions. :)

My only suggestion would be: "Let go of things you can't control". We often take too much responsibility for the things we have no power over. Reevaluate what are the things you can do, and prioritise them. Delegate the rest.
@founder_daksh I am a founder of the design agency. I take three main priorities for the day, and the rest of the To-do list is passed on to my Project Manager and then the team.
Balancing life and work is like writing code - it takes patience, debugging, and the occasional restart. Maybe throw in some coffee for good measure!

I think it's important to set boundaries. If you are not happy and totally stressed you won't be productive either. Rather look at your mental health as well and find a good balance. For that it's important to say no and to plan your free time. Do sports as an appointment. Plan something with friends or write your Me time in the calendar
Good question! For me is very important to set realistic expectations, delegating tasks when possible, and taking regular breaks to recharge can help prevent burnout and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
@founder_daksh One of my favorite methods is breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. As for tools, project management platforms like Asana can streamline the delegation process. Both personal and business tasks.
