How do you balance community engagement with your other responsibilities?

As our community grows, especially on Discord, I find it hard to maintain engagement across all our channels without sacrificing my other responsibilities. Do you have any tips for setting boundaries and time limits for community management while still being present and involved? I find the growing community so exciting and engaging, but I have to force myself out of sinking all my time there!
