    How did you decide on your beachhead/early adopter target audience?

    Sometimes our product caters to a large audience of potential users. You can segment behaviorally, demographically and so on... The question is - how do you know which one to target?

    It was a combo of who we found experienced the problem most during our early user interviews, combined with who we could reach, and who we understood the most.
