For us it's just the first letter of our product, what about you?

In my case I wanted something that was vibrant and eye-catching, as well as relevant for the app - Hue Log (for Philips Hue smart lights). I've designed two logos: one for the entity, which is entirely based on the entity's name. The second logo is specifically for the product, Flintable. This logo combines the style of the primary entity's logo with the initial letter of the product's name. The idea is to create a consistent visual reference for all future products we launch within the entity.
