One word. Discipline. I know that failure hurts but waking up to that pain and doing the things you really don't want to do is the quickest way to healing from it. I know it's counterintuitive but works every time

Focus only on yourself and know that if something didn’t go according to plan, then you are on the right path.

Accept it by reflecting the situation and then let the thoughts go. We are living today and not yesterday or tomorrow. So don't allow old thoughts to be that much present today.

First, it's crucial to acknowledge and accept the failure as a temporary setback, understanding that it doesn't define one's worth or potential for future success. Reflecting on the factors that led to the failure helps in gaining insights and learning valuable lessons.
