I am offering free one-on-one consultation on building community. It's a way for me to understand the problems modern community builders are facing. I've spent 15+ years building large communities.
There are few starters:
1. Build an open community:
Keep your discussions open to users and Google. This means, do not build your community on Slack or Discord; and other similar platforms.
2. Recruit your first 50 users manually:
If you already have users, invite them personally to engage in your community. Interact with them daily and solve their problems via community.
3. Create content that directly solves problem or provides guidance
Focus on creating content that users can relate and engage with. If someone asks question, no matter how basic (or stupid), respond professionally and in a conversational tone.
4. Always maintain a positive culture
Make your users feel relaxed and welcomed to the community.
Those are starting points to build a thriving community. I've used them to grow multiple communities. Would love to help.

Emre, creating a vibrant community starts with regular, authentic engagement—ask for feedback, offer exclusive insights, and provide real value in every interaction. Consider setting up a dedicated forum or chat group where users can easily share their experiences, contribute ideas, and feel like part of the product's journey.
Engaging with users through regular updates and seeking their feedback can be a cornerstone for building a vibrant community, Emre Bolcal. Also, creating exclusive spaces for discussion, like forums or social media groups, encourages ongoing engagement and peer-to-peer support.
