How can I identify easily unknown service providers/merchants on my company's bank transaction list?

How can I identify easily unknown service providers/merchants on my company's bank transaction list? I have the constant problem of spending hours trying to identify some service providers on my transaction list based on the limited info that they gave me, like "MSFT * E0600PBHIR". Is there a SaaS solution for this?
